Refund policy

We have a 21-day store credit policy, which means you have 21 calendar days after receiving your item to return and request store credit. 

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are granted for size changes only.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/store credit will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only granted for a size change. If requesting a return on an item, the item must be received and in good condition before store credit is granted to  your account.


Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically provided with store credit within 10 business days.
